Chris Heron

Chris is the director of Heron Assess, and ensures that the operations are conducted within the guidelines of sound business and financial practice. Chris oversees self-assessment audits at least annually reviewing HERON ASSESS’ compliance with the essential standards and conditions for Registered Training Organizations along with its adherence to all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. His duties also include providing any information and documentation (being not limited to performance measures) required by the state registering body that registered HERON ASSESS as an RTO, including financial audits, access to areas and staff associated with HERON ASSESS’ Assessment Services.

Alex Traynor

Alex comes to Heron Enable after a background in registered training organisations, Australian Apprenticeship Centres and VET consulting. Alex manages all aspects of the operational side of the business.

Rosemary Maaser

Rosemary comes to Heron Assess after extensive experience working within Registered Training Organisation’s in varying capacities. Rosemary manages all aspects of the training and assessment services of Heron Assess including maintaining the Scope of Registration including auditing requirements and standards.
