Over the last few months Heron Assess has welcomed on board three new staff members to expand our training support services to the Geelong Region. We have recently increased our industry affiliations by registering membership to VELG Training and staff are taking advantage of attending professional development workshops offered by this well known VET industry educator for practitioners. Heron Assess is one of five founding members of a newly established Geelong regional VET industry network which has met five times in 2011 and will be offering membership to any Geelong based RTOs and Training consultants in 2012. This is an exciting and beneficial network where VET industry matters can be discussed and Professional development workshops are offered to all its members.
